Common problems
The sign-in didn't complete. Return to the connector and select Connect your account again. Finish the steps at the provider before you come back.
The connector refused the credentials. The token is wrong, or it is sent in the wrong place. Check the token, then the header name or field name, and the text before the token.
Could not connect to the connector, followed by a reason such as The server could not be reached. Check the address. It must start with https and must be a public address that can be reached from the internet. Also check that the server is running.
The server URL must use https., The server URL must not contain a username or password., or The server address is not a public internet address. Correct the address and save again.
Custom connectors need the Pro, Premium, or Max plan. Your personal workspace is on a plan without custom connectors. Change the plan in Manage workspace, under Plan & billing. Your connectors are kept.
This connector doesn't list any tools yet. Select Refresh tools. If the list is still empty, the server may not offer any tools.
Actions that do not complete
- It was approved, but it did not complete. The action started but failed. Try again, and select Test on the connector if the problem continues.
- Action Expired. The approval came too late. Ask again.
- A tool is missing from the chat. Check that the tool is turned on and that the connector is connected.
