How do I manage my Bluedeer subscription in Google Play?

Explains where to change or cancel a Bluedeer subscription bought through Google Play on Android, and what deleting your account does to it.

A Bluedeer subscription bought on your Android device is billed by Google Play. You change or cancel it in Google Play, not in the Bluedeer app.

Find your subscriptions in Google Play

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture or initial.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
  4. If asked, sign in to the Google account that bought the subscription.

Open the page from Bluedeer

  1. Open Settings and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Subscription under Profile & plan. On a team workspace this row is called Your seat.
  3. Tap the Current Plan card to open it.
  4. Tap Manage Subscription. This opens your Google Play subscriptions page.

Restore purchases

If your plan is not active in the app, tap Restore at the top right of the page that opens when you tap Subscription (the Upgrade to Pro page). The app checks the purchases on your Google account and applies any active ones to your Bluedeer account. It then shows the result.

Deleting your account

Deleting your Bluedeer account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions as well.

Plan bought on the Bluedeer website

If your plan was bought on the Bluedeer website, the app shows Your plan is managed on the web. Plan changes and cancellation are not available in the app.

Plan bought through another store

If your plan was bought through the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, the app shows Your plan is managed in App Store and asks you to manage it on that device. It cannot be changed on this Android device.

For buying and restoring plans in the app, see upgrade and restore on the phone.
