You manage a subscription where you bought it.
| Where you bought it | Where you manage or cancel it |
|---|---|
| The Bluedeer website (Stripe) | Manage workspace, then Plan & billing, then Manage |
| Apple App Store | Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, on your iPhone or iPad |
| Google Play | Play Store app, then your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions |
Seats bought for a team are managed by the team's owner under Seats on the team's Workspace page, not here.
Cancel a web subscription
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Manage workspace.
- Select Plan & billing, then select Manage. The Stripe billing portal opens.
- Cancel the plan in the billing portal.
A cancelled plan keeps its paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, see What happens when a subscription ends.
Invoices and payment methods
The Stripe billing portal is where you manage the payment methods and invoices for a web subscription. Open it with Manage from Plan & billing.
If you are on the Free plan, or your plan was bought in a store, Plan & billing shows a Billing history button instead when you have made web purchases before. It opens the same portal for those purchases.
App Store and Google Play
Deleting the Bluedeer app or your Bluedeer account does not cancel a store subscription. For an App Store subscription, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refunds and price changes
Except where the law or the app store's policy requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, and Google handles refunds for Google Play purchases. Bluedeer tells you before a price change applies to your subscription.
