When a paid plan reaches its end date, you keep its paid features for a grace period of 7 days. If you cancelled, the end date is the end of the billing period you already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, Bluedeer keeps your paid features while Stripe retries the payment. They last until 7 days after the unpaid period started, and never past the end of that period. Plan & billing shows the date by which to update your payment method.
During the grace period
Your paid features keep working for 7 days after the end date. Use this time to renew or to choose another plan.
After the grace period
When the grace period is over, your account moves to the Free plan. The Free plan has fewer tools and lower limits. Features that need a higher plan stop being available. For example, scheduled tasks, image generation, Slack and connectors such as Notion are only on Pro and above.
