When you send a message, the prompts you submit are sent to AI model providers so they can generate a response. Your prompts and any context you include are the data sent for this purpose.
The Privacy Policy lists the providers in section 4. Model requests go either through OpenRouter, which routes each request to the provider that serves the model, or straight to an AI model provider. The AI model providers currently include Together AI, DeepSeek and Z.ai (through Sail Research), and others when you choose a model they serve. The provider can change as Bluedeer adjusts routing for performance, reliability and cost.
Other providers
- Voice messages: recordings you create are sent to Deepgram to be transcribed into text.
- Web search: when the assistant searches the web, the search queries and the web addresses it reads are sent to TinyFish, and to Exa when TinyFish cannot answer.
Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.
What is not used for training
Bluedeer does not use your conversations, files, memories or voice recordings to train AI models, and does not use them for advertising. The Terms of Use say the same about training.
How long data is kept
Your conversations, files and memories are kept while your account is active, until you delete them or delete your account. For how deletion works, see Delete your account.
