How do I delete my account?

Delete your account from Settings after typing your email address to confirm, and it is deleted 30 days later unless you sign in again before then.

These steps are for the web app.

Before you start

  • If you own a workspace, transfer its ownership or delete the workspace first. Bluedeer does not let you delete your account while you own one.
  • Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
  • A subscription bought on the web stops renewing at the end of its current period.

Delete the account

  1. Open Settings and choose the Account tab.
  2. Under Delete account, click Delete account….
  3. In the box labelled Type followed by your email address and to confirm, type your email address.
  4. Click Delete account.

You are signed out on every device straight away.

What happens next

Your account is deleted 30 days after you confirm. If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled. Any scheduled tasks that the request paused stay paused until you resume them from Tasks, and a web subscription that was set to end renews again.

Deletion removes your conversations, files, memories, tasks and connected integrations. Content you shared in a workspace stays with that workspace.
