These steps are for the web app. Read What is a project? first if you have not used projects before.
Only the person who created a chat can add it to a project, move it, pin it, remove it or delete it.
Add a chat to a project
- Click the more actions button (three dots) on the chat's row in the sidebar.
- Click Move to project.
- Choose the project, then click Add to project. If the chat is already in a project, the button reads Move to project.
You can also click New chat on a project's page. That chat starts inside the project.
Pin a chat inside a project
- Open the project and go to the Chats tab.
- Click the more actions button for the chat, then choose Pin in project.
A pinned chat shows a pin icon next to its name. Choose Unpin in project from the same menu to remove the pin.
Everyone who can see the project sees the pin. Only the person who created the chat can pin or unpin it.
Remove a chat from a project
Open the project's Chats tab, click the more actions button for the chat, then choose Remove from project.
You can also use the chat's more actions button in the sidebar: choose Move to project, then Remove from project.
The chat is not deleted, and it keeps the visibility it has.
