What is a project?

A project groups the chats, files, tasks and memory for one piece of work, and projects are available on the web app.

A project is a place to keep everything about one piece of work together. Projects are available on the web app only. The phone does not have them yet.

What a project holds

A project page has four tabs:

  • Chats: the chats in the project. Start one with New chat on the project page, or add an existing chat from its menu in the sidebar.
  • Files: a File manager for the project. Files you upload here belong to the project.
  • Tasks: scheduled tasks created from the project's chats. Add an existing task from its page in Tasks.
  • Memory: the memories saved for this project. See What does Bluedeer remember?

Project settings

Open the project and click Settings to change its name, description and visibility. Settings shows for the project's creator and, in a project shared with everyone in a team, for team admins and the owner. The same window holds:

  • Project instructions: guidance that Bluedeer follows in every chat and scheduled task in the project.
  • Integrations and connectors: choose All to let the project use everything the workspace has turned on, or Only the ones I choose to pick them yourself. The chats and tasks in the project can then use only the ones you chose. An integration or connector that is turned off for the whole workspace has no effect, and the list says "Off in this workspace".

Create a project

Click Projects in the sidebar, then New project. Read Who can see a project? before you choose its visibility.
