The Popular connectors list gives you ready-made connectors. You do not need to find the server address. Examples include Notion, Atlassian (for Jira and Confluence), Linear, Airtable, ClickUp, Sentry, Stripe and Granola. Use the search box to find one by name or by what it does.
Open Customization and pick one to connect your own account. Only you can use the connectors you add. Everyone in the workspace can do the same with their own account. In a personal workspace this needs the Pro plan or higher. Every team workspace includes them.
On the web
- Select More, then Customization, and open the Connectors tab.
- In Popular connectors, search for the service, or scroll the list. To see every connector, select the Show all button under the list. The button also shows how many connectors there are.
- Select Connect next to the service.
- Bluedeer adds the connector and takes you to the service's own sign-in page.
- Sign in with your own account and approve access. Bluedeer brings you back to Customization and shows Your account is connected. The connector is ready.
Once a service is added, its entry shows Added instead of Connect.
Suggested for your work email
On the web, if you sign in with a work email at the company that makes a popular connector, Bluedeer offers that connector once, in a window after any welcome messages. Select Connect to sign in on the service's page in a new tab, or Not now to close it. Either way it is not offered again, on any device. Connectors you already added are left out, and personal email addresses such as Gmail or Outlook never get suggestions. You can always connect it later from Popular connectors.
On the phone
- Open Manage workspace, then scroll to the Popular connectors section below Connections.
- Tap Connect next to the service, and sign in on the service's page.
After you connect
The connector's tools ask first until you change them. Read Manage a custom connector's tools to choose which tools run without asking.
If the connector later shows Not connected, select Connect your account on it. Read Why won't my connector connect or sign in?.
