Open Bluedeer

Which Bluedeer links open in the app?

Explains which bluedeer.ai links the phone app opens on iPhone and Android, and how team invitation links work.

Some links on bluedeer.ai open straight in the Bluedeer app instead of your browser. The same pages open the app on iPhone and on Android.

On bluedeer.ai, these pages open in the app:

  • the home page, your chats, shared chats and shared files
  • Files, tasks, notifications, memory, connections, referrals, projects, workspace pages and team pages
  • settings pages, and the sign-in and sign-up pages
  • team invitation links (bluedeer.ai/invites/...), including those in invitation emails
  • the sign-in return address (bluedeer.ai/auth/federated)

Other bluedeer.ai pages open in your browser. The help centre on support.bluedeer.ai always opens in your browser.

When you sign in with Apple, the browser sheet returns you to the app. If the app was closed when the sign-in finished, the link opens the app at its start screen, which shows sign-in or Home.

Tap the link in the invitation email. The invitation screen shows the team and one button.

  • If you are not signed in, the button says Sign up to join. The invitation is kept, and it is used after you verify your email address.
  • If you are signed in, the button says Join followed by the team name. If the team name is hidden, it says Join workspace.

An invitation works only with the email address it was sent to. If you sign in with a different address, the app says "This invite was sent to" your invited address and asks you to sign in with that one.

If the invitation has expired, was cancelled or was already used, the app says "This invitation can no longer be used. It expired, was cancelled by the workspace, or was already used." If the invitation no longer exists, the app says "This invite no longer exists."
