Bluedeer has five plans: Free, Economy, Pro, Premium and Max. Each plan includes everything in the plans before it, and the higher plans allow more use. Economy costs $8 a month, Pro $15, Premium $40 and Max $80. Paying yearly costs ten months' price for the whole year. Manage workspace, under Plan & billing, shows the plans and their prices. Free and Economy
Free and Economy include the same tools:
- Chat features, such as searching inside a conversation
- Time and calculator tools
- Memory
- Files and artifacts, including creating and editing files. Each higher plan gives more file storage.
- Web search. Most searches take nothing from your usage allowance. Those that do use it like your chats, with no separate count. Read How does web search use my usage?.
- Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive and Google Docs
- Charts, diagrams, wireframes and presentations
Economy has higher limits than Free.
Pro, Premium and Max
Pro adds these tools to the list above:
- Slack and Apps Script
- Image generation
- Scheduled tasks. You create a task by asking Bluedeer in a chat.
- Custom connectors. You can add a connector by its address. This includes the popular connectors, such as Notion, and Atlassian for Jira and Confluence. Team workspaces include custom connectors too.
- Your own AI provider key. Read Can I use my own AI provider key?.
Premium has the same tools as Pro, with higher limits.
Max has the same tools as Pro and Premium, with the highest limits.
Team workspaces
Any plan can create a team workspace, Free included. You create one by buying a pack of at least two seats. Seats come as Pro, Premium or Max, and you can pay monthly or yearly. Everyone in the workspace, the owner included, holds a seat. A personal plan covers only your personal workspace. Read Create a team.
Choosing a plan
To compare plans or change yours, open Manage workspace and select Plan & billing. Read Upgrade or change your plan for the steps. A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is changed in that store, not on the web.
