Custom connectors
- Everyone adds their own. Open Connectors, pick one and connect your own account. Only you can use the connectors you add. This is the same for the owner, admins and members.
- Nobody else sees yours. Other people in the workspace, the owner and admins included, cannot see your connectors, use them, or change their settings. Each person adds and connects their own.
- Team workspace: you need a seat in the team. If you leave the team, or are removed, your connectors there are deleted.
- Plan: custom connectors need the Pro, Premium or Max plan in a personal workspace, and are included in every team workspace. On Free or Economy, you cannot add one.
If the plan changes and a connector is no longer allowed, the connector is kept. The assistant just cannot use its tools until the plan allows it again. To change the plan, use Manage workspace.
Built-in services
- Each person connects their own account. Other people in the workspace cannot use it.
- Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar are available on every plan, including Free.
- Google Apps Script and Slack need the Pro plan or higher.
- In a team, a service can be used only after an owner or admin has turned it on for the team. Owners and admins do this on the phone, in the Integrations screen, where each service has a switch.
For the full list of services, read Use Gmail and Google Calendar and Use Slack and Apps Script.
Notion, Jira and Confluence are not built-in services. They are available through the Notion and Atlassian connectors in Popular connectors: like every connector, they need the Pro plan or higher in a personal workspace, are included in every team workspace, and each person connects their own account. Read Connect a popular connector with one click.
