Everyone in a team has one role: owner, admin or member. The owner is the person who created the team, or someone the owner transferred the team to. Only the owner can give the admin role.
Everyone in a team holds a seat, the owner included. The seat's tier sets the person's limits. Without a seat, a person cannot see the team's content. See What a member without a seat can do.
